Monetization strategies and feature availability within the Product are subject to change without prior notice. ScholarAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Product at any time, including the availability of any Product feature, database, or content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Product in a manner that:

- Violates any national, international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

- Infringes upon or violates our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

- Involves any unauthorized use of the Product for commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Product and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ScholarAI and its licensors. The Product is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Product immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the ToS. Upon termination, your right to use the Product will cease immediately.
